Whole Agreement and Amendment:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Misti Love with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Misti Love may amend or modify this Agreement at any time by posting the new terms on its Website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms so you will be apprised of any changes. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a written document signed by you and Misti Love.
Please note, paid sessions are non refundable. If you are not happy with your session or experience with Misti Love or with MyRestoredWellness.com you are not eligible for a refund or credit, all services are sold "As Is." Also note, 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel or change an appointment time. If 24 hour notice is not given, Misti Love and MyRestoredWellness.com reserves the right to not rebook the session or credit you with another session. A new session will have to be purchased. This policy is in place simply because if you do not give advance notice to me that prevents me from having enough time to book that time slot for another paying client, resulting in loss of income. Concerning subscription group sessions, it will be granted to you to unsubscribe at any time. I will not be held liable for any long running charges that are not unsubscribed to by you, the client. I have made it very easy to unsubscribe if you would like within the website.
